Bookings and Reservations
All reservations for CAREN experiences are made through Viator or GetYourGuide. By completing a booking through these platforms, you agree to their respective terms and conditions in addition to the policies outlined here. CAREN reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at its sole discretion.
Experience Conduct
CAREN experiences take place in a private home in Kyoto. Guests are expected to: · Treat the space, materials, and instructors with respect · Follow the guidance of the instructor throughout the session · Arrive on time — late arrivals may not be accommodated · Refrain from disruptive behavior that affects other guests CAREN reserves the right to end an experience early if a guest's conduct is deemed inappropriate, without refund.
Liability
CAREN takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests. However, participation in our experiences is at your own risk. CAREN is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the experience. CAREN is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our services.
Photography
Guests are welcome to take photographs for personal use during the experience. Commercial use of photographs taken during CAREN experiences requires written permission from CAREN. CAREN may photograph or film sessions for use in promotional materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform your instructor at the start of the session.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to CAREN. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is prohibited.
